In support of the GSA SATCOM-II Contract, Arrowhead, as a prime contractor, provides a broad base of satellite services and maintenance support to US Government agencies to satisfy their global satellite communications requirements. Arrowhead has developed relationships with best-in-industry product vendors, service providers, and satellite operators. Collectively, this group provides a wealth of product and service offerings and geographical coverage critical to meeting the established implementation, operation, maintenance, and expansion requirements for the GSA SATCOM-II program.
Products and services offered support the following service types:
Service Type I: Satellite Transport Services - Both Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) and Fixed Satellite Services (FSS)
- MSS - Iridium, Globalstar, INMARSAT, Comtech Mobile Data, Orbcomm, and others
- FSS - Global Bandwidth, and small to large earth terminals and value added unique products
Service Type II: Satellite Applications Services (SAS):
- Distance Learning, Emergency Response/Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP), Telemedicine, Streaming Video, and Broadcast Satellite Services (BSS)
Service Type III: Satellite Design, Engineering and Maintenance Services
- All turn-key and end-to-end system life cycle services and support for Service Types I and II to include operations and maintenance, customer and help desk and training
