Arrowhead Global Solutions, Inc. Wins Contract from Defense Information Systems Agency to Provide Access Transport Services on DATS for Regions 3 and 4

FALLS CHURCH, VIRGINIA - December 11, 2006

Arrowhead Global Solutions, Inc., a premier provider of integrated communication network solutions, has been chosen by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as one of the three awardees of the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) Access Transport Services (DATS) contract.

DATS is a 10-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract worth up to $3 billion, with a three-year base-period and seven one-year options. DATS requirements were divided into four regional areas of the continental United States. Arrowhead was awarded Region 3, the Northeast; and Region 4, the Southeast. Qwest Government Services, Inc. and AT&T Corp. are the other two recipients.

DISN currently is a switched-circuit transport system. DATS is intended to provide upgraded, expanded and leased terrestrial bandwidth services to the existing Global Information Grid (GIG) fiber-optic backbone. Arrowhead will supply transmission services capable of supporting bandwidths up to OC-192 in a private-network architecture as required by DATS. Arrowhead will connect about 500 military bases, posts and camps in the U.S. to the GIG with circuits ranging from voice grade to broadband by integrating connections from multiple transport providers.
